2024 vintage, poured to shaker. Pours a dark amber with a ruby hue and not much head to speak of. Aroma is mild, slightly tart and funky. Taste is very tart, sour cherry and balsamic with some faint woody notes. Texture is relatively thin and quite fizzy. Pretty good overall, I’m excited to try the other bottle I bought in a few years with some more age on it.

Cloud pour from tap at moontower. Pretty standard wit, your standard lemon and citrus. Does the job

750ml bottle pours a murky orange with some white head. Saw dust, orange and candi sugar on the nose. Honey comb. Flavor is bigger with oak and vanilla. Any grape is gone. Honey comb and candi sugar. Full, boozy, sticky finish. Interesting.

2024 version, 9.5% ABV Small tan head, receding over jet-black beer. Coffee, sweet mocha, syrupy. Nutty, roasted & sugared nuts. Berries, chocolate, mocha, bit vanilla and indeed lots of nuts (again +/- roasted and caramelised). Warming up, ashes and tobacco coming up. Very syrupy, thick, warming. Chewy and viscous. Very seriously sweet porter. Many thanks to the Dewberries!
