Bottled. Nose of cocoa and a bit of wood. Sweet, wheaty chocolate and milk flavor, cocoa big time. A bit fake. Not even a bit like beer, but drinkable.

Bottle from my wifes relative in Nagoya, Japan. A dark amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Fruity, caramel aroma. Tastes fruity, caramel, malty and yet very Japanese. Couldn’t really detect the red miso though. An interesting brew that is quite hard to describe, enjoyable nevertheless.

Draught at 2012 GJBF Osaka. Pale pink-red. Very crackery nose with raspberry on top. Flavor also is like raspberries with crackers, bready malt. Simple but clean, not too sweet. Not great but refreshing and decent.
