Fruity aroma, mostly grapefruit, orange peel and herbs. Hoppy and yeasty. Quite bitter. Very decent IPA, I will enjoy this ’limited’ brew while it lasts.

Quite fruity and spicy aroma, with dominating citrus flavours and some banana. Hoppy finish with a slight bitterness to it. I think it would have been better with more of an alcohol edge, to give this beer a little more character. All things considered the Paulus is a nice brew, but it’s not much of a tripel.

Pours a cloudy yellow/golden with a small white head. Aroma of malts, grass, citrus, oats. Flavour is citrussy, grainy, very light sweetness. Rather dry finish. An okay but unremarkable Lentebok.
