From one coop, in Geneva, opening this bottle yesterday. Best before 10/23, perfect at the balcony, at night. The taste is malty, a bit metalic, flavour of cynamon, toffee, a wind of autumn, smooth, a bit boozy, end of bitterness, 14.06.24

Happy to find this beer at Geneva Airport. It is a regular whitebeer, close to a German one, really mineral and dry, acceptable, 05.11.17, before to fly to Madrid.

Drinking this beer at ingelwood, Unimail, Geneva, after a time at the Spanish embassy, two days ago, time to have a decent beer, on the Belgium way, smooth and sweet, toffee, biscuity, sugar, some hop at the final, a bit boozy, not bad. 14.08.2022

almost clear dark golden to amber colour, moderate sized creamy ecru head; aroma of lemon zesty, lemongrassy, fruity (pear and peach), slight vanilla, biscuity, basil and grainy notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with some dried apricot, burnt sugary, a little bit of soy sauce and slight bretty notes; quite good one

14/10/2023. Bottle shared by CH-303. Region #440. Swiss Canton 22/26. Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, caramel, malts, yeast, touch of bubblegum and banana. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation.
