33 cl bottle, served in white wine glass. Copperish red pour, clean and dark. Head is grayish and lasts quite long. Aroma is quiet high and sweetish: cake, pink pepper, nutmeg, caramel. Like some Dutch Speculoos biscuit, if you know what I mean. Mouthfeel is potent, pungent to some extent, mouth·covering. Nice sour touch, no bitterness. Medium lasting finish.

Bouteille 33cl, pas de BB et pas de # de lot. Migros Moudon, merci à mes parents. Ambrée, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez moyen, malté, cara pâle, pointe d’épice en rétro nasal avec une ponctuation des effluves houblonnées nobles. Palais est malté, caramel, pâle petite touche épicée rappelant l’anisé et un c^poté fruité noirs. Amertume noble, levure rappelant type belge.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 05/07/2017, lot# 0283. Migros Moudon, merci à mes parents. Dorée, col blanc épais et crémeux. Arôme au nez houblonné noble, levure reste encore bien présente, carapils, fruité citronné et léger fleuri. Palais sur effervescence moyenne voire haute, malt pâle, pils avec un houblonné rappelant bien le style Saaz/Hallertauer. Retrouve encore une impression ester niveau levure de grains concassés apportant une fois de plus une sensation de farineux en bouche couplé à l’amertume des houblons nobles tirant sur herbacé et léger fruité.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 08/06/2017, lot# 0271. Migros Moudon, merci à mes parents. Dorée voire paille sur léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme au nez renforcé de malt froment, pointe de coriandre et épice, houblonné plaisant mais restant noble, retrouve es effluves esters de banane. Palais reste sur un caractère centré sur les grains, levure et ester offrant un profil farineux complété par un léger houblonné noble de fruité-citronné. Le tout reste trop centré sur la levure. Epice léger en rétro avec un style oscillant entre belge et allemand weizen.

Bottle courtesy of Bryan, purchased somewhere in Geneva, thank you sir! Crystal clear deep golden color, fluffy white head that settles to an edge. Aroma of funky straw and light lemon. Taste is funky lemon, white pepper. Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle. Dark yellow with hazy appearance, honey-like aroma, white foamy head, slightly bitter taste, low carbonation, abrupt finish. Somehow all their beers are very similar to each other.

Bottle at Le Cabinet, Geneva. Hazy golden yellow with small white foamy head, very little honey aroma, low carbonation, sweetish flat taste with orange peel flavor, medium finish. Not very spectacular.

Bottle at Le Cabinet, Geneva. Inky black with beige foamy head, caramel-milk aroma, bitter coffee beans taste with caramel in the background, low carbonation, long bitter finish. It’s more like a milk stout but not as sweet.

Bottle at Le Cabinet, Geneva. Pours dark amber-brown with large beige spongy head, caramel aroma with floral hops, low carbonation, caramel-roasted malt taste, medium finish with roasted malt aftertaste. Very mellow and enjoyable, good find in Switzerland.
