Bottle from EkoPlaza. Slight hazy golden with white jead. Yeast, soft banana, doughy, crisp malts, lemon balm, some grassy hops. Medium sweet, very light sour. Medium bodied, slightest dry finish. This is surprisingly good, very nice NA beer.

Fruity aroma, mostly grapefruit, orange peel and herbs. Hoppy and yeasty. Quite bitter. Very decent IPA, I will enjoy this ’limited’ brew while it lasts.

Quite fruity and spicy aroma, with dominating citrus flavours and some banana. Hoppy finish with a slight bitterness to it. I think it would have been better with more of an alcohol edge, to give this beer a little more character. All things considered the Paulus is a nice brew, but it’s not much of a tripel.
