Juicy, refreshing, bright, clean, and crisp. Solid apples, apple skins, light honey, and some pear. Fantastic drinkability, and a subtle tartness at the end. Great cider.

2006 vintage.
Quite dark, looks like bourbon. Nice tart apple aroma. Light honey, also quite floral. Mouthfeel is a tad thin, and the finish is a little tart and not as sweet as expected.

Can at home. Clear orange color with a pink tinge, fizzy. Nice apple flesh aroma. Taste is lightly tart apple skins, some sweetness at the start then a dry earthy finish. Very tasty

Tallboy. Crystal clear bright golden color, fizzy. Pear and apple skin aroma. Taste is all pear, earthy, quick dry finish. Refreshing on a hot day.

Pours clear, gold. Scent is intense, juicy applesauce. Much sugar, mildly acidic (malic) touch. Taste is full, intense, sweet, applesauce. Fairly simple - but just as enjoyable nevertheless. perhaps not the most unique or chase-worthy of ice ciders, but always nice to drink.

(473ml can from Intermarche, Quebec City - remnants after cooking with it) Pours clear bright cold with basically no head but some fizzing bubbles. Aroma is fairly mild, sweet red apples with honey drizzle, some green apple/pear crispness, a little apple skin bite. Flavour is rather sweet, crushed red apples with some slight grip of skin, a little floral honey, a bit of green apple crispness and whisps of tartness but on the whole sweet throughout the sip. Light bodied, a little oily with a bit of cling to the glass. Solid stuff, not really my bag but well made sweet-ish cider for easy drinking and good to cook with.
