Bottle: Pours clear, still, copper....no head. Honey, apple, spice aroma. Taste is very sweet, sugar, apples. Cinnamon. Very good, but very sweet.

Pours clear, still, gold....no head. Honey, spice aroma. Taste is honey, pepper, sweet... Slowly ramping chile burn, but not as intense as others have indicated... Different and pleasant. Very good.

750 ml corked bottle. Pours still copper. Aroma is vinegar, coffee and that’s about it. Taste is a little rotten; tastes a little like black coffee spiked with fermented honey; raisins come out as it warms. Mouthfeel is syrupy like any mead should be. I’ve had a lot better, that is for certain.

At vintage estate. Brownish and clear. Smells like sweet bubble gum. Dee-lish honey with a slight warming effect. Fun & easy. smooth and like able. Lovely, best of the meads that I can remeber.
