22oz bottle thanks to my wife for talking me into picking this up. Pours out a dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is great peanut butter cocoa and roast malts. Taste is more of the chocolate peanut butter cup and a nice little salt touch. Wow this was a very pleasant surprise to me.

22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear copper body that supports a dirty white head that leaves behind a bit of sheet lacing. The aroma offers up sweet candied tangerine, sweetened pineapple and then a sliver or two of pine hops. The taste begins with sweet malts and some sweetened grapefruit and tangerine like citrus hops and then it quickly flows into more and more bitter citrus hop bitterness lined with a sliver of resiny pine like hop notes. It gets a bit sweeter into the finish but maintains a nice hoppy edge all the way through.

Bottle shared by MisoW. Aroma strong roasted with dark malts’ sourish astringency included. Clear very dark colour. Taste is surprisingly sweet with lots of caramel. Also strong roasted, light light huskiness in the finish. Overall very good.

Sample during "Ellen's Blue Hair Birthday Bonanza!" on 12/12/2014. This brew pours a clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and floral hops. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, herbal hops and a touch of honey. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle. Pours opaque black, large creamy brown head, dissipates slowly leaving nice lacing. Aroma is roast, chocolate, some ashtray and cigarettes, coffee, perhaps a bit stale. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, a touch of cinnamon along with a lot of dark dark roasting and bakers chocolate, coffee and cigarettes on the side. Full body, nice creamy mouthfeel. Tasty brew.

Bottle at Pig’s Ear 2014. It pours near black with rugged tan head. The nose is bitter-sweet, peanut butter, salty, chewy malt, creamy, milk chocolate and toffee. The taste is bitter-sweet, roasted malt, earth, cocoa, salt, peanut, earth, toast and charred wood with a dry, almost salted finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. As described. Not a whole lot of depth, but rather nice anyhow.
