Almost black with a frothy, dark beige head. Very nice aroma: woodsmoke, roasted chestnuts, milk chocolate. Taste is less pleasing: sweet with the taste of artificial cream on top of coffee mixed with a dash of tart cherry (soda). Too much going on and it’s not melding well. Lightish body, mild carbonation, texture oily to watery.

Creamy tan head stayed on a near black still body. Malt, coal & lactose aroma. Medium bodied, creamy over the tongue with light clean finish. Demerara, lactose, malt & sugar to the fore followed quickly by berry, fruity citrus & a tangy finish.

From a 473ml can on 14/10/2019. Pours a hazy light golden with little head. The nose features light but sharp fruit and spice. Tastes quite tropical, with pineapple to the fore. The bitterness is quite sharp with a some citrus zest coating the back of the tongue. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Just okay.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh juicy mango notes with some citrusy floral hops notes also perceptible. Taste is a nice mix for juicy mango juice notes with some citrusy floral hops notes with light tropical notes also discernible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Loved the fact that mango are really coming through in this one.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a hazy gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and some grapefruit. The taste delivers a blend of juicy orange, tangelo, some bitter grapefruit flowing into a thin layer of mango and cantaloupe. This creates a pleasing balance of fresh juicy hoppy notes.
