Burk från Boxbeer. Tjockt djupgul vätska. Doft av apelsin, mango, passion, ananas, persika och en gnutta vanilj. Mellanstor kropp, något grynig och stram av humlen. Som så många andra ipor i denna kategori försvinner fruktigheten smakmässigt. Blir istället stram och torr beska med grönt humle, citrusvita och grape. Lätt hopburn i halsen. Mnja!

Keg at HL3, 29/11/17. Hazed orange amber with a decent egg shell white head. Nose is raw pineapple, citric tinged straw, dank exhaust, bitter orange. Taste comprises fleshy citrics, over ripe mango, toasted grains, light yeast dollop, orange pith, pine needle. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close peppered with earthy to mildly dank hop bitterness. OK DIPA but a touch raw and unrefined.

Caña en Cimmeria 05..12..2017. (r20). Color oscuro casi negro con espuma beige oscuro que queda en pequeña corona. Sabores intensos alcoholicos con grandes dosis de vinos y uvas tintas. Maderas. Suaves toques de maderas maltas tostadas. Ligeras especias. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Más líquido de lo esperado. Fino y suave amargo algo seco al final, sobretodo al calentar. Original y bastante buena. Para repetir.

Caña en el kraken 04.. 12..2017. (r28). Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos herbáceos con buena dosis de afrutados dulces tropicales acabando con suave amargo entre herbáceo y afrutado ligeramente resinoso seco. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad. Bastante buena para repetir, refrescante.

Can from Cork & Cask. Muddy amber/brown body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime, tangerine, pine and dried mango. Flavour of grass, hop spice, sponge cake and a bitter finish. Raw and hoppy. Look rough but tastes pretty good.

Keg at Hop Locker 3 - London. Pours super murky orange with a small, frothy white cap. The nose holds ripe, gooey tropical fruits. Medium sweet flavour with chewy papaya and mango, flinty minerals, moderate rindy bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, quite gooey and resinous, with more ripe and sticky tropical fruits, offset somewhat by chalky minerality. A bit scattered.

Can. Summer, Waimea and Palisade hops. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Thin malts bring a mild sweetness. Spicy and tangy fresh orange, some orange peel bitterness. Tangerine peel and pine. Tangy fruity spicy finish. Light spicy linger. Nice, although it did take a few mouthfuls to get in to this one.
