Coppery color, white head with quickly diminishing. Aroma is light sourish. Flavor is light sour, some fruity notes. Easy drinkable.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Noire, col crémeux épais café au lait, léger filament doré et huileux au verre. Arôme au nez malté, caramel, fruité venant du vin rouge et de barrique, rétro grillé et boisé chêne. Palais est épais, malt caramel, chocolaté, accompagné parfaitement par la barrique. Cette dernière confère un caractère de fruité rouge et noir assez plaisant. Le tout garde cette teneur de fini rappelant un vin cuit, un peu soja, fine amertume sur la fin, avec une sécheresse en retrait. Au final, la barrique semble plus cacher les imperfections que vraiment propulser la base un peu plus haut.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Dorée, col fin crémeux blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet plaisant fort centré sur le tropical, rétro fin malté pâle , pils avec une composante fruitée qui reste le bouquet dominant. Palais offre un plein de houblon type C, agrumes, touche de mangue, cara pâle, aiguille de pin. La base est assez légère pour offrir ample place aux houblons - plutôt dans un style américain et zélandais.
