Huge cream-tan head over black beer with purplish highlights. Dry hopbales, bit dark candi sugar, ashy and of course citrussy hops. Dry-ish, seriously roasted caramel, roast, almost as if in Maillard. Hops, but almost no hoppy bitterness. The MF betrays the oats, as the nose betrays the candi sugar. OK, but I've had better BIPA's. The oats form a good addition. Thanks to Stef!

Small, fast gone white head over - indeed - peach-coloured beer. Herbal/spicy nose, as rosemary or lavender, and faraway fruity, serious hints @ coriander. Faintly smoked first impression, mineral, saline; fruit again very masked, but present. Coriander OTOH very obvious. Sour peach in the finish. Light, bit oily feel, not empty; good carbonation. Honestly, not my taste, the coriander being too obvious for its own good. Thanks to Stef!

Huge dense and stable just off-white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Spices, meaty esters, coriander (getting stronger in time), wheat. Coriander with an extra bitterness. Bit taste of fresh turmericroot. Point of fine wheatacidity. Wheatslick, not very carbonated. Faintly reminiscent of Blanche des Honelles , but with an overdose of the infernal weed. Thanks to Stef!

Pours pitch black, darkly tanned, big head. Scent is intense roast, coffee, mushrooms in a way. Taste is sharp, roasted ( intense) burnt, coffee bit ashy, pure chocolate. The coffee works quite well, but I don't like these ashy types of Stout. Medium body, high Carbo (another dislike of mine) well made beerw don't get me wrong, just not what I hope for in an imperial stout. The bitterness is medium, not extreme, definitely way less sweet than your modern Stout.

Huge, bit fluffy limegreen-tinted head over metallic yellow golden beer and textbook lace. Fresh-herbal, spring flowers' nose, very attractive indeed; garden herbs, blosssomy. Lightly sourish flavour, immediately followed by pale, soft-sweet malts. Again spring flowers (daisies). Very light body (certainly for its ABV); medium carbonation. Light, fresh - excellent. 6.6 is a bit high for a real saison, but the result is spot-on for the idea.

Good, huge, light-yellowish head, very stable and shards of lace over fully clear, metallic orange-copper beer. Wild hops, green garden weeds, greenmalt. Light bitterish flavour with faint lightly coloured malts behind; lightly toasted breadcrust or puff pastry. Herbal-weedy aftertaste, getting a bit perfumey warming up (coriander?). Quite slick, medium bodied, soft carbonation. Far from bad, one of their better tries.

Good dense white head over lively bubbled clear golden beer. Coriander-like aroma, childrens' sweets with honey, dried spices. Light lactic acidity but with a sweet, candy underlying. Somehow it cannot convey a serious impression. Light body, not very carbonated after some time. Nope, this is not a Berliner Weisse, but a lightly alcoholized childrens' drink - even making abstraction from the fact that Berliner Weisse means lactic fermentation, not kettle souring. Thanks to Stef!

Very thick-set, ultra dense cream-coloured head over very faintly veiled copper-amber beer. Nutty, biscuit, undergrowth, coloured malts. Bitter, woody, (bitter) chestnuts, walnutpeel, cacaopowder, hops. Ultra dry, light, hopbitter and wryness, medium to good carbonation; not long lasting flavours. Good but today's session IPA's present more fireworks. Thanks to Stef!

Small whitish head over veiled ochre-amber beer. Strange, soupy aroma, bit nutty, oak, tannines suggested, all muffled. Cheesy, oak, vegetables. Finish sports the Lady Grey tannines indeed. Alcohol, but all the same a pretty light, almost watery impression, vlak . Pretty disappointing, "le plumage ne vaut pas le ramage", as de la Fontaine said. Tea is not exactly the aroma to beef up a neutral beer. Thanks to Stef!
