Very hazy gold beer. Short lived white head. Light crisp palate, dry. Light wheaty malt. Bitter orange, some other fruits. Spice, black pepper and oddly a touch of light chocolate. Finishes dry. Not bad. Made with Juniper, Coriander and Chinotto Peel.

05/05/2012 Brasserie 4:20, bottle shared by Mario (thanks tabernae!). Rossa rubino, bellissima, viva e intensa, appena torbida, schiuma bianco sporca, poco abbondante. Naso fantastico, note di legno, ciliegia, vaniglia, mentuccia. In bocca è magnificamente equilibrata, appena dolciastra, con un bell’acido deciso, un tocco legnoso, un finale astringente, secco e pulito. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Magnifica sour ale.
