Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear brighter golden coloured. Potent nose and full taste with a plethora of apples in this one.

Draught at Derby NWAF 2014. Cloudy orange-yellow. Aroma of hay and barnyard. Taste is sour-sweet and full. A bit of cheese in the flavour... my God would this go well with Stilton. A lovely cider, not as dry as I normally like but still incredible.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy matt medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, rubber, horse blanket, farmyard, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long to average duration, aceton, dry, farmyard, apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20110805]

Cask at Bree Louise, London. An unclear golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a dry and tart finish.

Cask. A hazy light golden cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet and acidic with strong notes of apples and applecore, leading to a tart apply finish.

From the wooden cask at West Croft’s Wassail, Brent Knoll 15/1/2011. Amber coloured with a touch of carbonation. Aroma of dryish fruit with some honeyed sweetness and wood. Easy drinking, with medium dry apple juice followed by some caramel and a moderately dry finish. Good.

Cask (gravity) @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH.Unclear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, aceton, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is flat. [20100801]

Bag in a box at the Orchard, Bristol 5/09/10. Cloudy amber in colour. Sweet apple juice aroma with a hint of the barnyard. Flavour had the same juice, a touch of honey and flint and a medium dry finish. Good.

Cask (handpump) @ Wellington (formerly the Cask and Cutler), 1 Henry St, Shalesmoor, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England.Light light unclear medium orange color with a small small, virtually lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, apple, sour apple, green and red apple, apple peel, overripped apple sweet, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100118]

From cask at Bree Louise. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild acidic and slight vinegar. Dry apple and dry vinegar. Acidic and apple fruity into a dry finish. Bone dry.
