Taste is tart, appley, flesh, skin, fruity floral, wood, citric acidic, with some mucky funk and drying bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry funk hint acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close with a light acidic ripple.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a small pop. Yellowy gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear, citric, floral. Taste is sweet, flowery, perry pear, citric, with tartness, gooseberry, elderflower notes, acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
