Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy yellow-orange color with a small foamy orange-white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart orange, yeast and pepper. The flavor was sweet orange, yeast, bread dough, a bit of must and pepper and a bit of astringency. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle from Cindy’s Spirits. On the money doppelbock, could use a nudge in the "lasting head" department, but all else is right on. Molasses/brown sugar sweetness permeate both aroma and taste, nice slick body. Elements of maple syrup, rum and raisins. Cheers to this brewery’s output!

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks Rotem. Clear golden. Aroma of rather stale citric hops, graininess, and a bit of cardboard. Flavor has sweetiswh malt, graininess, and bitterish stale hops. Medium-bodied. Not too fresh.

Bottle. Clear pale golden, low white head. Fairly neutral aroma. Light bodied, mellow mouthfeel. Slightly grainy base, ok grassy hop notes. Not so exiting.
