Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours clear brilliant copper with a 2+ finger creamy beige head. Aromas of cat pee and fruit. This Falconer’s Flight hop must be a pistol. Med body. Flavor is roast malt with some citrus and other fruit. Then it goes a bit earthy. Then it is a bit grapefruit rind. Seriously so. This is a very interesting and different hop profile. For me anyway. Excellent.

22 oz. bottle, pours orangey amber with a beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, toffee, and floral hop notes. Flavour is quite fruity upfront, with toasted malts, nuts, toffee and a grapefruit hoppy finish. Very enjoyable.

Shipped to me by my wife on a trip to Portland. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark brown color iwth a medium sized tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was harsh fruity and floral hops with a sour caramel undertone. The flavor was tangy sour caramel with a light fruity hop presence though a bit rough. The finish was long with lingering sour caramel and rough fruity hops. Thick and full body. Interesting.

Tap at Ivar’s Acres of Clams. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Light grassy aroma. Medium body; average carbonation. Flavor is lightly bready pale malt with a decent grassy bitterness. Clean and refreshing. A lemony touch in the finish? Nice lingering bitter.

Tap at Emmett Watson’s Oyster Bar. Fresh keg! Pours bright gold with a creamy white head. Light bready aroma. Medium body with light foamy carbonation. It’s mildly bready and has a good dose of grassy hop. Drinks very well. Medium bitter finish.

Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours rather cola color with a foamy beige head. Aroma is light roast malt, light meaning not a lot, but the roast is pretty dark. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is not quite burnt malt with a good dose of floral/grassy hop. Finishes burnt malt bitter. Not harsh, just burnt. Seems to get a lot of floral in the finish. Really good.

Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours ruddy copper with not much of a head. Light malt aroma - not much else. Medium minus body with mild, foamy carbonation. Flavor is caramel, but not much hop. It’s a flavorful little thing, but it’s rather mild in all aspects.

Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours amber with a foamy beige head. Aromas of fragrant hop and caramel. Lush and foamy. Flavor is very mild caramel with a lot of fruit, a lot of rather grassy hop, and a whole lot of taste. Finishes bitter. Very good indeed.

12oz bottle pours deep gold with subtle haze and thin off white head. The aroma is a rush of assorted citrus smelling hoppiness running from grapefruit to tangelo to orange zest to lime. I also get a sense of malts off in the background. The taste is similar bridging the gap between citrus hop flavor and citrus hop bitterness with plenty of grapefruit and tangelo and un ripe orange. It seems to go from sweeter citrus hop flavor then toward increasing citrus hop bitterness.
