Bottle Pours a clear bright orange-amber honey color witha small but creamy and lsting head. Sweet light malt aroma with notes of apricots and faint citrusy hops. Flavor was hoppy and bitter up front and a bit overpowering of the nice malts that hinted in the aroma, and the relatively hight ABV was apparent,. A woody sharp aftertaste and a nice rich feel.

Deep red body, thin light cream head. Big toffee aroma with raisins, caramel, and a touch of prune. Yeah, it’s like a holiday dessert. The flavor isn’t as interesting, but it’s still pretty nice with toast and a touch of toffee and dark fruits, notes of caramel, and hints of red grapes in the finish as well as bread. Nice balance of toasty and sweet flavors. There may be a touch of spicing too (cinnamon?). Thanks Dan (jah noth) for the bottle!

Bottle Pours a nice rich clear mahogany, with very little head and just enough off white ring to maintain fine lacing. A good malty aroma includes apples, cinamon, caramel. Slight alcohol as well. A woody, malty flavor that hides the ABV quite well. Flavors are fairly subtle, nothing really reaches out and grabs ya. Mild, easy, and soft. Not much carbonation, and a slightly chalky feel at teh end. Easy on the hops and not much bitter on the aftertaste. Nice seasonal from the PNW. Thanks to a non-RB friend for this reccomendation.

Draft. Dark ruby color with a small white head. Spice and malt aroma. An almost creamy mouthfeel. Xmas spices with some opange peel and sweet malt/toffee flavors. There’s a spicey hop underlying everything, but it’s just a tad too sweet with the malt

Light fruity nose. Faintly fruit malt palate with decent body for the style. I also had it at the Archer
