Brown with a tan head. Toasted malt profile, light dark fruits, toffee, slightly woody. Thick, smooth body. Finish has light bitterness and a faint boozy heat. The alcohol is very well hidden. Solid.

Bottle: Poured a golden to copper with a jello white head. Aroma was earthy dank hops. Taste was very malty with earthy hops.

Draft pour pint at the Lynnwood location. Press a reddish copper color with an endless amount of foam head and lacing. Soft malty aroma. Flavor is smooth caramel malt, short spice, and a cool finish. A little surprising here. Not really sure why, I’ve had plenty of good from the brewer. I guess my expectations were low, but I enjoyed this red. The obvious choice among their house brews.

Golden with a finger-tall white head. Aroma is pleasant, light floral and grassy hops with a bit of grain. Medium, carbonated body. Flavor is similar to the aroma with a nice crisp finish. Not a lot going on here, just a clean, refreshing, crisp lager. I’d come back to this again.

Draught at Emmett Watson’s, 11/4/15.
Good clarity throughout this copper-brass colored beer, with ample carbonation creating a medium-sized white head that shows moderate retention.
Soft, but quite fragrant hops in the nose add a dusty, lightly dried floral aroma with just a hint of lemon. Bits of caramel and honey play about but it never seems biscuity or toasty, which is nice (I think). No alcohol, nor flaw.
Moderate carbonation and a soft, lightly malty texture go down very easily in this hoppy, but not overly bitter pale ale. Floral notes, vanilla, light baked bread and a lightly dextrinous chewiness to the texture, on the finish. Very reserved, and while it’s brewed admirably, I can’t help wanting just a little more brightness and punch to it. The delicate flavors seem to fade in to the more domineering malts while a lightly piney note appears on the finish, rather out-of-place for the rest of the beer.

Draught at Oddfellows, 11/3/15.
Clear golden liquid is topped by a small, moderately-retained white head.
Very straightforward lager here with low hopping rate adding just a touch of floral character. Moderate sweetness, not overly so, but could stand to be a touch more dry/crisp. No flaws though, and obviously no alcohol. Goes down very quickly and easily, though the carbonation needs to be tightened up a bit, as it seems rather loose/low leading to more apparent maltiness than I’d like.
