Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light spruce and a bit of citrus with some light bready grains backing. Flavor has spruce up front with growing citrus, a touch of mango and a light grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet dark grains and bitter chocolate with a warming bourbon supporting. Flavor has rich dark chocolate supported by dark grains and a nice bourbon note.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and light caramel with a bit of red wine underlying. Flavor has an interesting combination of sweet grains, light cookie and red wine with some toffee in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has bourbon and sweet dark grains with a touch of lactose and a bit of roasted malts. Flavor starts with chocolate, sweet dark grains and bourbon but has a growing slightly bitter roast note.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark brown with a slight amber hue and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet dark grains and toffee with bourbon and a hint of dark fruits underlying. Flavor has booze and sweet grains with some dark fruits, toffee and a bit of nuttiness in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark brown with an amber hue and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is slightly boozy with bourbon and sweet grains with a growing toffee note underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and bourbon with a bit of bread and toffee growing through the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and bourbon with a hint of roast and some toffee underlying. Flavor combines sweet grains and barrel well with some vanilla, toffee and a hint of light roast in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet and slightly tart strawberry with some wheat and light barrel backing. Flavor starts with sweet strawberry that grows slightly tart with some sweet wheat and barrel underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice grass and pine combination with light flora and citrus rind supporting. Flavor has light tropical fruits and citrus rind with some flora and light sweet grass underlying.
