I think you guys are way off on this one. I would classify this beer as an American wheat, or possibly a fruit beer. Not much aroma, some hops. Golden color, no head. Flavor is complex but not great. Hops, wheat, candy, and fruit are all there but none are especially good. A fair effort.

Not their best IPA; a style they are really into at this brewery. Cloudy yellow. Hops aroma. Flavor is also of hops; some sweetness. Strong and thin.

Very good but not what I expect from a dunkel. Lots of fresh fruit and spice. The wheat is there. Sweet and very smooth. I would say it was a hefeweizen if it wasn’t dark. One of Town Hall’s better efforts.

Better than I expected. Roasted aroma. Dull brown appearance. Roasted malt in the flavor with a bitter finish. A good effort but town hall has many better options.

I think you guys are scoring a little high on this one. Not much aroma, what was there is malt. Gold, no head, very clean looking. Good flavor; malt again, surprisingly sweet. Smooth and easy to drink. One of the better recent efforts from Town Hall.

Almost no aroma; what is there is malt. Brown, small head. Flavors of malt, hops, and fruit. Reminded me of a bitter.

Red. Aroma of wood. Flavors of malt; sweet, and roasted. Simple and one dimensional. An ok beer.----a little sweeter in 2007. Dark brown, some caramel in the aroma and medium sweet malt in the flavor. Score raised.

I don’t know what everyone is enjoying in this beer. I had the cask style. Looked like a hefeweizen. Mild hop aroma. Flavor of more hops, lightly sweet, with a strange, and not very good vegetable quality. The Masala Mama is much better.

Light red color. Served too cold. Mild aroma of hops. Flavor of hops with floral/herbal aspects. Slighty sweet. This style of beer is limited in what it can offer, but TH did a good job with this one.

Dark coppper color. Aromas of fruit and hops. Flavors of candy, sugar, hops, and fruit; unusually complex for a town hall beer. Sweet with good bitter taste. I can’t believe I waited so long to try it.
