12 oz (350ml) bottle, 5.5%. Clear pale yellow colour, foam white head and aroma of sugary fruity apple. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, melon, light wood and abit of tartness. Slightly foamy mouthfeel, light bodied, low to medium carbonation, dryish finish with some residual sweetness. Quite OK.

Draft at West End Ciderhouse. Pours dark berry purple. Nose/taste of berry, floral and apple. Mostly one dimensional berry. Lighter medium body.

12 fl oz (355ml) bottle. Clear pale yellow colour, thin white foam head and aroma of sweet dessert pear. Taste is fruity pear, sweet, tangy and sour. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, low to medium carbonation, some lingering residual sweetness and a dryish finish. Quite OK.

Perfumey nose. Rose colored, bubbly. Black cherry flavor, more apple character in the finish. Fizzy. Very tasty and sessionable.

On draft at congregation ale house it is a slight yellow with no head. The aroma has a tinge of pear and the taste is sour pear that finished sweet on the palate

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear red with a wisp of a head that persists. Aroma of dry apples followed by sweet cherries and a bit of earth. The taste is sweet cherries, tart cherries, tart apples. Faint vanilla. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.
