Description
For over 15 years we have been proud producers of wholemeal craft beers, all strictly unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Beer is an age-old product and we wanted to interpret it in a contemporary key, always keeping a connection with tradition.

Birra OV is crafted with the aim, indeed the duty, to maintain the organoleptic qualities, totally avoiding preservaties’ use in order to guarantee both the high quality and the customer’s satisfaction, which will always be our most important goal.

On tap at Mastro Birraio. Black with beige head. Some coffee and lots of milk chocolate. Too sweet for my taste and some alcohol is coming through. Medium+ bodied.
