Pours a hazy pale amber color with an off-white head. Toasty, caramel, brown bread.

Würziger, bitter hellmalziger Beginn. Leicht süß, behäbig hopfig ab dem Mittelteil. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, steigende Herbe. Bitter-würziger Nachhall, lang anhaltend. 10/11/10/10//10

Tap at the brewpub. Pale gold, hazy, with a fine head. Fruity lemon and orange hoppy nose, bready, malts. Crisp and lemony with rich pilsner malt and yeasty richness. Newish noble hops give it a slight IPL touch, although it also shows the classic yeasty malty sweetness of a B-W untiltered pils. Love it.

Tap at the brewpub. Crisp hop nose, lemony, herbal. Peppery flavor, very bitter finish. Starkly bitter, actually, crisp and stark hop finish balances and then slightly overwhelms the rich, yeasty malts. Interesting.
