650mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma of mostly bready malts with a touch of caramel. Flavour brings out loads of bready malts and a touch of caramel. Zero hops basically, with a very bready and otherwise malty body. Decent scotch.

Pours lager orange with heavy carbonation and bleached white head of minimal presence. Skunky hops aroma with a vague hint of wit notes. Flavour is a decent mix between wheat and hops with lager hints. Dry finish, balanced, good flavour but lacking in enticement.

Hazy light Amber color. Dry but not weak, with a bit of cereal malts, and nice fruity hops. Pleasant.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is dry, with bready malt, some light metallic notes, and floral hops. Flavour is quite fruity for an ISA, with biscuity malt, some tropical fruity notes, and bready notes. Gentle English hopping lends itself well.

Brown body with minimal head and a metallic malt aroma. Flavour is a nice hazelnut with a hint of honey. Mouthfeel is watery. Needs to be more present, a bit too thin.

On tap. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of burnt caramel and doughy malts. Flavors of sweet malts, sugar and a little bit of raisins. Somewhat creamy with a very light bitter finish. Nothing special but easy to drink.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Mahogany color, with small head. Mild aroma of smoke, caramel, candi sugar. The mouthfeel is too thin, a bit on the dry side too; the flavor is basically caramel, with some smoke.
It’s a decent beer, but there is Aecht Schlenkerla out there to take as example; this one is on that path, but miles away, too simple; it needs more body, more malt flavor; the smoke is enough, and the bitterness is in balance.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a mostly clear amber color with a slim white head that just capped the top of the pint glass. A basic film glossed the top of the beer. Light carbonation was seen rising to the top.
The smell had a huge roasty caramel aroma over top of a light \"soapy\" English-like flavor.
The taste copied the aroma and gave off a light sweet malty soapy aftertaste. A quick sweet semi-watery finish accompanies the aftertaste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed okay.
Overall, I say this was a good English Pale ale I could have again and with some fish n’ chips if I would find again.
