Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#50. ST MALO. Enjoyed on a lovely still sunny evening within the citadel walls. Had a bit of trouble translating this brew as to what it was as the pump clip just said guest... in French! My host provided some clues to this red-berry pale ale, but still had to research which brew from the brewer. It's not a stated fruit pale but there's more than enough in both aroma and taste to enjoy, and the pale ale texture is pleasant too. Hazy purple-red colour.
