Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma with minimally spicy aspects and slight BA support, notes of dark chocolate, some toffee, dark caramel, hints of rhum, a minimally woody touch, whiffs of liquorice. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly roasty, chocolately and minimally spicy, dark malty, minimally alcoholic, notes of dark caramel, some toffee, dark chocolate, BA notes of rhum with a minimally rearthy, woody touch, hints of molasses; some sugary sweetness (caramel, brown sugar) throughout.
Dissolved sugar enriched, minimally visous, still watery texture, smooth, fairly soft, slightly cloying palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Feels relatively light, not overly complex, a tad too sweet - decent.

TCBW2024. Black colour, tiny brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, alcohol, some cocoa, mild chocolate, fudge as well as some vanilla to it. Flavour is creme brulee, with some syrup, chocolate, quite evident alcohol with some fudgey and marzipan tones too. Thick palate.

TCBW2024. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some lactose, mild coffee with a bit cocoa as well as some slight hints of alcohol sweetness. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has a nutty and slightly dried fruity edge to it.

Slightly viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Harmonious, homogeneous, maybe a tad too sweet but still balanced; well hidden alcohol - best Demi Mondaine variant so far.
