Browar Stu Mostów to założony przez Arlettę i Grzegorza Ziemian pierwszy po latach klasyczny browar rzemieślniczy we Wrocławiu. Powstał w 2014 roku z zamysłem produkcji najlepszej jakości piwa kraftowego (cały proces produkcyjny obserwować można z antresoli, na której umiejscowiony jest nasz Pub!). Piwną i gastronomiczną ofertę Browaru uzupełnia firmowy sklep i bistro: Concept Stu Mostów, czyli miejsce, w którym można zarówno zjeść nietuzinkowe śniadania, kupić wypiekane na miejscu pieczywo, przetwory czy sezonowane mięso, jak również zaopatrzyć się w piwa butelkowe z oferty nie tylko naszej ale i wielu topowych browarów zagranicznych.

Draught at CBF Wien.
Black body, with a medium, dense, very creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of vanilla, cocoa, coffee, some liquorice, sweet fruits.
Taste follows this, quite sweet and smooth, but with a bit more roastiness.
Medium, very creamy mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes roasty, medium bitter, also a bit sweet, a bit dry, with lots of cocoa, coffee, bitter chocolate, hops, some liquorice, some alcoholy warmth.

Very nice. A bit more on the sweet side, very smooth and creamy, greatly hiding the ABV. Not a world-class style example maybe, but really pleasant.

Almost clear amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Light but sweet malts, cream and lactose like sweetness. Floral hop, starts sweetish but turns bitter. Tangy fruits, tangy apricot. Bitter citric peel before a sweeter pine and a little tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish, strong bitter linger. Quite a few contrasts between sweet and bitter here, bitter wins overall. Interesting beer.

Bottle @ home shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, medium to full sized white head that lasts for a decent while and leaves good lacing. Aroma is nicely hoppy, firm citrus, a slight hint of peach. Tastes about the same: wheat, lots of hops, very citrussy, a light citruspeel finish and firm citrus hoppy bitter. Medium body and carbonation. A little too sharp on the citrus and citruspeel for me to give it a 4.0 but still solid at 3.8.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Smells hops, yeast, herbs. Tastes herbs, sour, hops, yeasty. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

33cl bottle. Pours unclear dirty hazy amber colour with a mid-sized to small white head. Aroma of bitter very fruity hops, apricot, resins. Taste of intense bitter hops, many apricot, peach, resins, long bitter finish!

Hazy yellow colour with thin, lacy head. The aroma starts with lemon zest and later becomes sweet and floral. Flavour has a light spice and again lots of floral notes. Generally nice but the toilet freshener taste in the background is a bit of a shame.

Kupione przez przypadek ;) i wcale nie jest zle, takie lekkie, rzeskie, kwaskowate, nieco cytrusowe, faktycznie marchew jest. I jablko. Ok
