330 ml bottle at home. Black color with nice brown head. Malty aroma, heavy roasted, dark dried fruits, alcohol, wood, chocolate, cocoa, licorice. Light sweet and heavy bitter taste like aroma. Full almost creamy silky body with soft carbonation, long bitter aftertaste.

Lane @PTP. Fajny aromat żywiczno-cytrusowy, sugerujący raczej apę niż kwasa. W smaku jednak zdecydowanie kwaśne, z fajną kontrą goryczkową. Pijalne, ale nie urywa.

Barwa niemal czarna, piana beżowa, umiarkowanie obfita, całkiem drobna, dość trwała. W aromacie czekolada, czarna kawa, nieco chmielu. W smaku raczej półwytrawne, trochę deserowej czekolady, czarna kawa, nuty chmielowe, skromna paloność. Gładkości nieco brakuje, goryczka średniowysoka. Wysycenie niskie, ciała też nieco brakuje. Dobre, ale do bycia sztosem jeszcze trochę brakuje.

On tap at Brewdog Brighton, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 Pours black with a slim beige head, roasty and bitter but also sweet. Thick in the mouth, liquorice and molasses, soft and fulsome. It's great. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Bottle (thanks ArtificialCyst). Pours dark brown-black with light brownish head. Aroma is massive peat, smoke, malt, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dust, peat, mat, roast, sugar. Finish is peaty. Carbonation is on the lower side. Overall: very good.

Draught @ PUB Browar Spoldzielczy, Gdansk. Pours pitch black with a creamy light brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, light coffee, light dark bread, rich salty licorice. Flavor is rather sweet, roasted malt, coffee, wood notes, rich salty licorice, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and salty finish with warming alcohol. Nice but quite one dimensional. 061117

Draught @ Labeerynt, Gdansk. Listen at 7,3/18 plato. Pours hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, rich fruity hops, peachy, light parfume. Flavor is sweet, malt, yeast, light caramel fruity hops, again a little parfume. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 051117

Bottle with thanks to Nikos! Pours inky black, medium creamy dark brown head, dissipates slowly with nice residual and lacing. Aroma is huge roasty, burned malt, ash, bourbon, dusty molasses. Flavor is light sweet, medium plus bitter, huge roast, ashy but not acidic. Fairly light bourbon treatment. Full body, creamy, lingering bitterness.
