Description
The Brasserie du Bouffay, established in Carquefou, has been making craft beers since 1998, providing its customers with quality products. We offer and distribute our entire range ourselves, complete with ciders and non-alcoholic drinks selected by the brewery (fair trade, local and organic farming). All beers are pure malt, without adjuvant; the organic beer comes exclusively from barley from Brittany and Pays de Loire.

Bière 33 cl. Robe ambrée. Lègères notes de fruits rouges au nez. En bouche, une bière légère, fruitée et assez bulleuse, rien d'extraordinaire. (M)

Aroma 7. Appearance 4. Taste 7. Palate 3. Overall 14. Toasted malt and red fruits aroma. Taste is malt, nuts, a bit sweet and slight bitterness. Short palate.

Red brown colour with lasting head. Aroma has toasted malt and red fruits. Flavour is similar but also with some toasty nutty notes.

Hazy pale blond with light fluffy head. Flavour is quite weak. There’s a hint of green apple and a light herbal taste in the finish.

Copper colour with thin head. Some yeast and spice in the aroma. Interesting taste that is quite far removed from the typical Belgian Tripel. Quite vegetal with some sweet peas. Earthy taste.

Bastante clara y de color miel. Espuma blanca. Aroma tostado con toques de buenos lúpulos. Sabor parecido, añadiendo un ligero toque dulce, cuerpo medio y final seco. Buena muestra de un buen estilo.

Ambar oscura miel. Aroma ligeramente dulzón y a ciruelas. Que es el sabor predominante, en una cerveza bastante aguada, con algo de café y bastante de miel. Esconde bien el mucho alcohol que tiene. No destaca especialmente por nada.

Color rojizo, sucio. Aspecto poco agradable, especialmente cuando se va la espuma. Aroma herbal y a chocolate. El chocolate es el sabor predominante, junto con un tono frutal y a fermento. Poco cuerpo y algo aguada. No es muy bebible, ni se disfruta.
