Poured clear and golden in color.
Grainy, bready malty goodness. Round mouthfeel, light caramel, dries out towards finish. Solid.

Huge and long lasting white head. Clear light amber color.
A nutty caramell aroma.
Semi sweet malty taste.

Ambarina de espuma de retención y tamaño medios. Aroma malteado. En boca es oleosa de tono tirando a dulce, con contraste ligero de lupulo que aporta notas florales y amargor moderado. Oleosa, bien de gas. Final más seco y amargo.

Dorada limpia de espuma consistente pero poco duradera. El aroma presenta carácter malteado con predominio de acidez de fermentación. En boca es muy ligera, floja de gas, algo aguada. Desaparece la acidez casi por completo y el sabor es malteado floral, miel, algo dulce en general. Amargor casi inexistente. Algo cansina.

On tap at Hummel, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma reveals a light-to-moderate old furniture-tinged smokiness, with a soft bready malt underpinning. Flavour is quite similar, with lots of old furniture smokiness, light peat, and dry bready malt base. Not the most aggressive smokiness but the malt base is solid. Very good.

On tap at Hummel, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has a nice copper/metallic bready malt character and light spiciness. Flavour is extremely malty and quite rich for a marzen, with deep bready malt, a nice spiciness, and some old furniture. Deep spicy maltiness on the finish. This is great.

On tap at Hummel served in a ceramic mug, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly neutral—the ceramic mug it’s served in probably obscures this. Flavour has some grassy bitterness, light metallic overtones somehow in a good way, and crisp biscuity malt. Good stuff.
