Bottle. Pours cloud yellow. Nose is Apple, pear, floral, very hoppy grass, citrus, herb. Palate starts out pretty hoppy, sweet apple middle. Dry Finish. Quite nice. Very interesting Hop characteristic.

Bottle. Yellow color with white head. Aroma is lemon, apples a bit of a ginger-like spiciness, bergamot. Taste is lemony, tart, mealy apples, bergamot again, flowery. Silky mouthfeel. Not bad!

Bottle, 330 ml at O’Connors, Wien. Pours cloudy golden, no head. Some hoppiness in aroma, apples, juicy, solid sweet and tart balance. Soft Carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

0,33l bottle a thome as "Blakstoc Quincy Jo & Hops Edition". No BB date. copper / redish almost clear color, small white head. smells acidic, lightly sour, some black currants, bit dusty, earthy, herbal, some leathery notes. decent smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of green apples, lightly acidic, some black currant, lightly leathery, very light sweetness. finishes medium dry and lightly bitter with notes of black currant, some apple notes and some hop notes. decent one, different notes could be a bit better integrated, but overall quite nice one.

Pours clear, light blonde, no head. Smell is dry, apples, bit bitter, aromatic, sharp sour touch as well. Taste is full, bitter/crispy start which imidiately is taken over by a dry/apple/sour ( mildly ) funk . It’s a weird concept, and it sounded more interesting than good, but actually, the taste of this one is quite good ! gives that little something extra that ciders do often miss. Amazing balance, it would be so easy to over-hop this, making the mix in tastes completely ruined. But they succeeded 100 % . respect ! Rather high carbo, but still menagable.
Re-rate from horeca expo 2019. Updated the score a bit . Loads of apleskins in the taste, nice cider.

Dark yellow, murky body, with a small, fizzy, qickly dissipating head.
Aroma of ginger, citrus, sweet and sour apples, subtle honey.
Tastes of wild apples, citrus, ginger, more honey finally.
Light, slick mouthfel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, a bit hot, moderate dry, with ginger, apples, citrus, subtle honey.
Nice one. Quite unique, with a lot of ginger, especially in the nose and the finish. Smell is a bit too much dominated by the ginger maybe. The taste is well balanced though, with the right amount of apple cider, spicy ginger and sweet honey from the background. Not as good as their regular hoppy Cider in my opinion, but refreshing stuff nonetheless.
