Description
Eik & Tid (Oak & Time) is a farmhouse beer inspired brewery in Oslo, Norway dedicated to making sour and wild beer the nordic way.
Our entire brew setup is customized to fit the raw beer brewing process. By modifying surplus dairy tanks from Norwegian farms, we where able to get what we needed at an affordable cost. We also like the added bonus of upcycling derelict equipment instead of getting new made and shipped half across the globe.

Nice color. Red cherries and currant. Funky nose, but really nice balance of fruit and sourness.

BXL22/d2. Strong sour currant berries. A bit rough to get into, strong sourness. Then becomes a bit more herbal and actually pretty nice, but I guess I have no true viking blood.

At BXL. Hazy light red. Dank red currants with a lot of earthy skins, soft funk. Thereβs a sharp sourness that reminds me of the red currants from my garden. Overall quite good.
