Beer No. 46 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Dark brown coloured, small pale beige head, some caramel in the nose. Pretty weak roasted malt and caramel taste with not much of hops. Sweetish watery finish. Had better.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy orange coloured, small white head, mild malty fruity nose. Sweet malty, pleasant hoppy and fruity with soft grainy notes in the finish. Refreshing and easy-drinkable beer.

Cloudy chestnut. Yeasty aroma with some slightly earthy, toasty notes. Yeasty with light chocolate notes. Some acidity late cuts the yeast, lending balance and drinkability.

Cloudy tan with a thick head. The aroma is fresh and as usual for Berlin fairly doughy - lightly spicy, vaguely fruity. Relatively sweet but a bit watery & refreshing. Good basic brew.

Draught. Cloudy brown with a hint of red. Short lived offwhite head. Aroma of malt syrup. Flavour is quite sweet with somecaramel and soft fruit. Soft texture and finishes a bit like a strong ale, without the kick
