Fra fat på Brygg Oslo, sammen med Ketil: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Crisp, frisk så det holder og passe tørr. Mer trenger jeg ikke i godt selskap en varm sommerkveld i Tigerstaden (og gleden ved enda et nytt bryggeri på statistikken).

(Draft at Strassenbräu Tap Room, Berlin, 15 May 2026) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasty nose with dark chocolate, coffee and black rye bread. Malty, roasty taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, dark bread, hazelnuts and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Smooth and creamy, with a balanced hazelnut touch. Nice one.

(Draft at Strassenbräu Tap Room, Berlin, 15 May 2026) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and pine needles. Hoppy, fruity taste with citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, grass, peaches, white bread and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made WCIPA. Very nice.

(Draft at Manifest Taproom, Berlin, 13 May 2026) Hazy golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, guava and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, tropical fruit, guava and mango. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Light and fruity. Really refreshing. Very nice. (Might be a collab with Protokoll)
