Handpull cask at the Angry Bee, Heanor. Light to mid-gold and clear with a foamy white head and a fair bit of lacing. Overripe tropical fruit, some stone fruit jam, a touch of sulfur in the aroma. Sweet taste with citrus rind and a little bit of papaya with a finish loaded with agave nectar and grapefruit. Great stuff, hard to pin down but none the worse for it.

Cask at the Redemption Ale House, Heanor. Light to medium gold with very little head. Pungent nectarine, mango and pink grapefruit in the aroma. It's a nicely balanced beer in the mouth, the heavily hopped character lends it a bitterness that gives the finish an almost medicinal character. More grapefruit in the aftertaste. Weighty body for the ABV with soft carbonation. Well done.

Cask at Merton Beer Festival Saturday 28th February 2015. It is interesting that Glen mentions peach as I wrote pours golden with a peachy/apricot hue and white bubbles atop. Aroma is a little sweet maltiness with some cereal and a tiny hint of sulphour maybe just a hint. Sweet and malty in the mouth. Some squishy fruit a little tropical edge, good but a little flabby and not as crisp as I would like. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
