On tap at Boundary on State, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some bitter pine and crisp biscuity malt—not hugely evocative. Flavour is assertively bitter, with big bitter spruce pine, citrus zest, and a crisp, dry biscuity malt base. Super bitter, dry, and punchy. Only for old school hopheads. Excellent.

On tap at Boundary on State, pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is fairly tropical, with juicy stone fruits, some citrusy hops, no chalk or hopburn. Flavour is fairly juicy as well, with more bitterness than the average hazy, with lots of juicy stone fruits, some citrusy hops, and a soft malt base. This is more like a juicy westie with low bitterness, which is totally fine with me. Good.

On tap at Boundary on State, pours a hazed golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is earthy and somewhat chalky, with juicy stone fruits, and minimal citrus. Flavour is better, with juicy stone fruits, bitter citrus zest, even some pine, and minimal hopburn. Juicy, bitter finish. Pleasant.
