Description
As the oldest microbrewery in Florida, we are committed to two great challenges: satisfying our thirst for a well-crafted brew, and fulfilling the need to contribute to a strong, vibrant community. Dunedin Brewery is founded on values that make these goals a reality; like yourself, we value the integrity to stand for a cause, the stability gained from working hard, and the experience of connecting with good people—our dedicated staff of beer enthusiasts or our loyal guests. There are plenty of things to do in Florida—even plenty of things to do in Tampa Bay—but we strive to be more than just a place and more than just a beer; we strive to meet the challenge of creating an amazing city and an amazing craft brew. Sláinte!

Sampled at the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Pours cloudy gold with a white foam head. Very novel, with light herbs, pale grains, soft fruit notes, a little bitter hay. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately grainy on the finish. Not bad.

Draft pour at Dunedin Brewery. Golden copper color pour wit a quick fade head. Huge apricot fresh fruit aroma. Flavor leans more towards peach. All fruit flavor with little else to spare. Fresh peach linger forever. Juicy peach. One dimensional, but overall good.

Draft pour at Dunedin Brewery. Pours a dark ruby color with a thin fizz head. Dark fruit, grape, slight cherry aroma. Big tart up front, with a dusty cherry, berry, and wine like finish. Slight nutty background. Kinda toasty and buttery late. Weird beer, but unique, and fun. Nice tart to it. Pretty good.

Draft pour at Dunedin Brewery. This is what my idea of Florida beer was before coming down here. Crisp, light, yet fruity lagers, good in the hot weather. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a thin fizz head. Aroma is fruit forward, with apple, pear, and straw. Sweet fruit, and clean flavor finish. Overall a refreshing, enjoyable lager.
