Dans notre plat pays au nombre incalculable de bières standardisées au nom de la tradition et des recettes éculées si chères à nos industriels.

No Science veut, à l’instar d’un trop petit nombre de brasseries chez nous, vous faire partager ses propres interprétations de recettes dans des styles minoritaires au pays des bières d’abbaye : des I.P.A, Porters, Bitters ou Singles Hop au goût franc, à l’amertume houblonnée dominante sans lourdeur, ni surenchère excessive sur le taux d’alcool.

Fans de longue date de musiques électrifiées qui dépotent et nous influencent jusque dans le choix du nom des bières, nous aimerions apporter avec No Science cette petite note dissonante, ce grain irréductible de distorsion qui peut peut-être indisposer mais qui confère aux choses et évènements cette qualité trop rare des expériences uniques.

Draft glass @ GIST. Golden, soapy lovely soapy white head, rocky, lovely. Nose is green, dry grass, pepper, comparable to other No Science beers,… Taste is same familiar No Science profile of dry easy drinking grass, pepper, hay, malt, plants, green, lively almost soapy,… Familiar to their stalk, great dinking, tasty, great stuff.

3/III/18 - on tap @ GIST (2018-234) Thanks to Travlr and the Antwerp beer crew for sharing beers at GIST!

Clear pale blond beer, big aery to creamy white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, lots of peaches, apricots, some citrus, mango, lychee. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter, some citrus, grapefruit, mandarins. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity, citrus, notes, pretty nice!

Pours rather unclear darker blonde. Small but stable white head. Smell is bitter, grassy, spiced. Very european hops, very intense. Taste is bitter, rather dry. Sharp, intense. Full ob european hop profile. Quite well brewed, very enjoyable, of course this'll be extreme to most. But I like it !

Pours rather clear blondex very creamy and stable white head, with much lacing. Smell is crunchy pale malts, mild hop aroma ( grassy, bit spiced ) taste is full, malty, bit bitter. Very clean. Nice

Cask at Moeder Lambic, pours an opaque black with a foamy, rocky, khaki head. Nose has a lot, cocoa powder, malt, toast, toast, dried fruits, cherry cordial. Flavor is chewy, roasty, caramel, coffee, chocolate, raisinette. Finishes lightly chalky, medium bodied. Pretty damn good.

F: huge, tanned, long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: dark malts, chocolate, cocoa, bit coffee, dark bread crust, dark caramel. T: dark malts, light cocoa, bit chocolate, mocha, dark bread, bit caramel, bit lactic, toasted tones, really very good balanced, light oily mouthfeel, medium body, low to medium carbonation, what to say fully enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

F: medium, white, good retention. C: blonde to pale gold, hazy. A: yellow kiwi, mellow orange, tangerine, bit tropical fruits, bit yeast. T: caramel malty backbone, tangerine, mango, bit passion fruits, lemongrass, harmonic long lasting bitterness, dry on the palate, medium body and carbonation, very nice example of the style from Brussels brewery, fully enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, hazy with milk yeasty particles. A: citrus, tangerine, bit bready, grapefruits, bit tropical fruits, yeast. T: malty back bone, dry long lasting harmonic bitterness on the palate, bit orange, tangerine, bit herbal, really very dry, I like IBU and there is 80 so good why not for hopheads, medium body and carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

T: citrus, grapefruits, bit tropical fruits, quite strong but harmonic long lasting bitterness, very nice, bit earthy, bready, floral, really refreshing with prominent bitterness, I like it, medium body and medium to high carbonation, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

24/01/2018 - draught glass @GIST, Brussels Clear golden with big white head. Nose is a bit wheat, spicy yeast, hops. Taste starts dry, bit yeast, bit spice from the yeast, hint of citrus, some bitterhops in the ending. Thirstquencher.
