Draft. Poured brown with not much head. Caramel etc. Kind of thin not bready malty enough IMO.

Draft at Ginger man. Pours a nice dark. Nice sweetness. Caramel etc. Pretty decent stuff.

Magus-hapukas linnaseline, vesine. Suvakas, ok?!

Draught @ Barcade - St.Marks, Manhattan (5/16/23). Cloudy dark yellow-light amber with a very small frothy off-white head that flops fast, faint piney aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter piney taste with lavender-like floral aroma, thin body, long bitter finish. Classical American IPA with enhanced flavor.

A dark reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, light curacao, alcohol warmth, banana esters, light molasses, pleasant. On tap at Barcade Newark.

Draught at Barcade JC: pours golden with white head. Aroma is cheap grain. Taste is sweet and grainy with light hops. Bad finish. Bleh.

Bottle at a mini-RB gathering in November. Clearly past it's prime, more than a bit oxidized, but still holds up well enough given the higher abv. Aroma was sweet malts, lots of caramel. Flavor was light toasted malts, caramel. Definitely showing it's age. Sweet, but smooth.

Caramel and malt. Lots of booze. Tobacco and some leather. But sweet leather, like models in high boots. Light sweet malty finish.

From a bottle at the RB tasting in Novemeber. Pours a clear cola with an ecru head. Aromas of caramel and toffee. Flavors are sweet caramel.
