On tap at Courtyard. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and grapefruit. Medium body, pine, dank, resin finish, good.

Ashy orange nose. Clear amber, thick head. Fudge, ash, orange peel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pervasive chocolate notes are weird, considering it is brewed with coffee, but it’s enjoyable.

Draught @ Albion. Rich golden color with small foamy beige head, bread aroma, medium carbonation, slightly sweet malt taste, abrupt finish. A fine specimen of a lager.

I actually thought this worked pretty well.. There's a nice coconut flavor here to go along with a solid underlying IPA. I liked this one more than I expected to. The coconut was properly balanced for the rest of the components. Nice job.

Hope Devil Grill, NY tap ($6): Pours a light muddy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt with a hint of citrus. Taste is slightly malty. Body is watery. Finish is lemon soap. This ain’t bad, but if I didn’t rate this right now, I would forget it.
