Description
We first started our journey in Bermondsey in 2013 located in the arches of the Bermondsey beer mile. In March 2020 we expanded and moved the majority of our production to our new site in Croydon, allowing us to make three times the amount of beer.

From can at Remko's Bierproefavond. Didn't take notes, just enjoyed nice beers and good company. What I do remember: Roasted malt, coffee, smooth.

On cask at the Guildford Arms.
Appearance - golden with a light haze. Proportionate white head.
Nose - orange and peach. Biscuit backdrop.
Taste - more biscuit, some caramel and still some orange.
Palate - light bodied, dry finish with a light body.
Overall - decent.

Can at home picked up from the brewery. A mostly clear bight yellow gold coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is earthy straw, green cereal, dusty grains, cut grass, green hop. Flavour is composed of dirty grass, straw, earthy cereals, green grass hop, some tangy lager notes. Palate is crisp ,light tang, apple notes, Decent lager.

Can at home picked up from the Anspach tap room bermondsey. A robust woody roast, light char, rustic woody bark, some cakey malts, light vanilla, . Flavour is composed of nice rustic woody roast, bark, light tangy dark fruit, mineral. Some funky bretty funk, dried fruit, light dusty grains. Palate is semi sweet, dusty, highish carbonation. Nice earthy rustic porter.

Notater fra en aldeles utmerket hyggelig dag på Våland Brygghus, her en 0,44 kanyle fra min importkoffert, delt med Johan, Bernt og Tor: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Herlige inntrykk av nybrent kaffe, mørke 70%-chokolader, brente brødskorper og hint av bjørnebær (eller blåbær, som protestsangeren kommenterte). Tørr, slank og delikat. Imponerende for et øl med såpass lav voltstyrke.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of resinous hop and grapefruit. Taste is more of the same. Bitter finish.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Reddish brown and clear with a bit of off-white head. Light smoke notes, red berries, sarsaparilla on the Jose. Sweet smokyvtaste with bitterness coming in to fill the gaps. Nice balance in the finish. Medium body with carbonation on the low side. A decent rauchbier for sure.
