Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, yeast, citrus.
Body: Medium body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, fruit, yeast, dusty, cellar, citrus.
Comment: Aged a bit too much I think. Aroma is good and initial taste was good but got old and dusty the more I tried.

Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Bruna, intensa, schiuma beige media. Al naso note di lievito, nocciola, frutta rossa, canditi, caramello, leggera liquirizia. In bocca è dolce, caramellosa, con chiusura amara e leggera acidità. Corpo pieno, carbonazione forse un po' troppo accentuata. Ok.

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Mörk brun med högt beige skum. MYcket kolsyra. Ingen stor doft men söt och fruktig. SMåbubblig och söt som belgiska stouts brukar vara. Går från söt till torr utan någon större beska. Först torkad frukt, cassis, pastill, marsipan, frukt i alkohol och mot slutet mer åt trä, aska. Trevlig.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a dark chestnut brown colour with a medium sized creamy beige head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel, toffee, molasses and hints of floral. Taste has more dry dark fruits, caramel, toffee, molasses, floral with hints of plums and a little brown sugary sweetness, not too sweet just the right amount. Alcohol extremely well hidden for the strength. Medium to full body with a fizzy mouthfeel. Just the right amount of carbonation balances out the sweetness perfectly. Very nice top quality Quad.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with a large thick throthy white head. Aroma a mixture of citrus and stoney fruits, pears, floral and a fair amount of peppery spice. Taste is again fruity with more peppery spice and a dry sweet finish. Medium to full body with a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Very well balanced and a nice beer if maybe just a little too sweet for me.
