Tap at Molto Stand. Clear, bright gold. Big, popping hop nose, mango, citrus, light berries, crisp malt. flavor is rich and fruity, well balanced, not too sweet, not too bitter. Not too juicy. A crisp and delicious hop bomb that avoids the pitfalls of haze. Great one.

Tap at Bungalow. Hazy deep orange. Creamy biscuity malt orangecicle nose with grapefruit and lemon as well. Hugely fruity and tart flaovr, biscuity malt, almost sour. Nice and unique.

Quite lager like. Maybe it’s the malt. Not much hint of the extra stuff. Finally got some jasmine at the end! Was still enjoying it anyway. But feel like someone has switched the glass!

Tap at Bungalow. Deep orange-brown, hazy, with lace. Nose is chocolate, banana, caramel, spicy yeast. Quite yeasty. Flavor is the candy bananas I used to get at Easter, also apple, chocolate, rye bread, spices. Fun, not sweet, a little weird but enjoyable.

Nara Ale & Books Bodoni German Ale 6% 15 IBU An orange brown with a dirty beige head of foam and a rye malt aroma with stone fruits. The medium to light bodied brew has peppery caramel biscuit and candy fruit notes reminiscent of fruit cake. The aftertaste gives banana bread. Nice easy drinking stuff.

Tap at Crafthouse Kyoto. Bright golden color. Only slightly hazy. Citrusy nose with some tropical fruits. Crisp and lean, lots of citrus, a bit of catpiss. Some tropical fruit and orange juice, but really not in the hazy style. More like a typical west coaster. Good though.
