Tap at Takumiya. Almost clear pale gold. Just a bit hazy, with a thick, low head. Bready malt nose with bright noble hops. Light citrus, herbal. Rich bready malt flavor with spicy, bright hopping. Yeast character is minimal but slightly noticeable. Rich and tasty kellerbier. crisp, bitter finish. Love it.

Can from Isetan. Toast, caramel and smoke in the nose. Flavor shows more bacon / smoked salmon and katsuobushi, with rich bready malt and sweet caramel. Smoke is on the lighter side, typically Japanese level. A tad too sweet but well done.

CBJ tasting, thanks to Tips for the can. Pretty much a clear gold beer
, small pale cream colour head. Soft smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Good sake sweet rice and booze. A mild citrus in the back end. Amusing.
