Cam shared by staff at Titans. The matte gold brew has a minerality from the uni and a lime aroma and flavor. Very approachable and drinkable stuff.

Can. Somewhat hazy gold with a loose white head. Aroma of wheaty funk, apricots, Dubbin. Light bodied but both slightly slippery and astringent. Bright jammy and sourish fruity flavours backed with funk and astringency that almost works like a spicy bitterness at the end. A refreshing one with an interesting balance to it and more depth than first seemed.

Can. Clear reddish brown with a loose pale beige head that hangs around as a coat. Aroma is a mixture of diluted red wine, tangy wheat crackers and berries. Light bodied. Dry but very fruity with some sourness, some tannin, some oak. It's very refreshing and has a complexity that doesn't get in the way of being swiggable. Lovely.

Ratebeer says this is out of production, but I've just picked up a can of Sailors Grave Milky Way Custard Apple Cream Sour. I have no idea what custard apples taste like (kinda like normal apple?), so I can't tell you whether this is full of them or not. But the predominant aroma is marzipan, with yogurt, apple nuts and grapefruit. The marzipan combines with quite a bit of apple and a dirty socks aftertaste. This is a ripper.

Can Opaque orangish brown with a coat of white head. I do not resile from my position that this is as ugly as a hatful. Aroma is fruity with earthy and tart notes, some bread. I love rhubarb but here it there is a metallic and leafy tartness that intrudes without adding depth. The murk doesn't help either. A bit of a miss for me.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Stas. Clear yellow, white head. Cucumber, prickly pear, mildly sourish. I hate cucumber. Completely undrinkable ffr me.

Can. Pours a near clear ruby red with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has tart earthy berries with a bit of creamy sweet grains and a light earthiness underlying. Flavor has light berries with some straw and sweet grains backing.

(Can) Pours clear red with brown hue and tiny off-white head. Nice aroma - tart berries, with hints of wine, wood and funk. Light body with good fine carbonation. Good taste too. A nice tart fruity start with some earthy, leather, funky notes developing. The fruitiness is red currants and raspberries. Very nice.

Can. Opaque brownish orange with a fat coat of white head. Shy saline aroma with some twiggy herbs. Has a bit of creaminess to it that fills it out more than expected and although it's somewhat salty it's soft in texture. Not really sour. I've never had a sea fig, so I don't know whether the flavour here - floral with the skin of ripe apricot - is that, but it's subtle and expressive. Refreshing with some depth - shame about the meek aroma.

Can. Gold with coat of white head. Aroma of crackers and lemon myrtle - a bit cleaning product-like. No obvious uni. But there's something creamily meaty as well as briny to go along with the herbal lemon upon a swig. Not very sour but a little tangy and quite dry at the end. I think the lemon myrtle is a little much but it's swiggable and refreshing - and like the Kansom abalone/ samphire gose I tried the other day - would certainly go well with seafood nibbles. Working better for me than the fruity goses which are far too much like energy drinks.
