500 ml bottle into lager glass. Wax seal! Sweet fruity cola nose, even a hint of BBQ sauce. Murky caramel brown beer with champagne carbonation. Sour and mineral water taste. Finish is sour fruit tingles with a late smoky peppery spice touch. Interesting but probably not one I’d try again.

(Bottle) Not a pretty beer - murky yellowy brown with large loose short-lived white head. Nice aroma though of funk and lemons. Light bodied and very fizzy - as expected after a very difficult pour. Refreshingly tart - lemony without being biting. Slight bready and funky notes. Nice refreshing sour beer.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy muddy color with a ridiculous mount of head - took ages to pour, but despite being a barrier to easy pouring, the huge loose off-white head disappears pretty quickly. Nice aroma - tart and funky with hints of vinegar. Nice palate - light with lively carbonation. Taste is good and interesting. It’s sour, but not mouth puckering. The cola is subdued, but clearly present, and well integrated. There’s some interesting wild yeast flavours. A very nice sour beer.

Cloudy dull light tan, just a thin head. Older passion fruit nose. Sweetish character with heavy, dull malts, excessive yeastiness and the hops show overripe fruit.
