In 2015 it was decided to dispense with the brewpub and move to an industrial estate, dedicating ourselves 100% to manufacturing and distribution, and acquiring new equipment and machinery that allowed us to triple the production volume and automate much of the process. The company aspires to continue growing and improving the quality of its beers day by day.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Haz amber colored brew with an dry bitter taste, great hints of smoke and some caramel and some fruitiness. I get the idea of this Barleywine tries to become an Bambergian Smokey.

21 August 2021. At Gents Bierfestival. Cheers to the Ghent beer crew! Cloudy black, stable, frothy, beige head. Aroma of chocolate powder, mocha, toast, prune, coffee nib, cashew, vanilla, vague tobacco. Taste has sweet fig & prune in a chocolate-malty body, cashew accent, toasty middle with bitter chocolate powder. Earthy hoppy finish, spicy, coffee roast & fondant, dried fruit, sweet lactose hint & warming rum-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Bit of a mishmash of everything but certainly not bad.

Bottle sample during Gents Bierfestival '21 - shared with Tderoeck and Nathan.

Head gone in seconds; virtually black beer. Not much nose, just a faraway aroma of dried-out chocolate; bit of coffee, old cookies. Chocolate with a touch of chili, cinnamon and a spoonfull of coffiedrabs. Slightly smoked and stearine wax. Very slick, at least medium bodied, viscous. OK, but the idea might have yielded more.
