Sample (thanks fonefan!). Very deep ruby colour with a purpleish deep pink head. Aroma is cherries, some slight tart wood, mild sweet malts and some almond tones. Flavour is cherries, some mild rhubarb with quite tartish aronia elements as well. Mild acidity. Nicely tart and dry finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some liquorice, toffee, mild toasted tones with some slight spicy elements too. Not that sour and almost like an imp stout with mild flemish red elements (tart cherry). Flavour comes as a shock compared to aroma, as it's spicy, very tart berryish elements with cherries and cinnamon. Some interesting cutting through sweet zesty elements showing in the background too as it warms up. Funny one!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, some avocado, mild vanilla and a bunch of apricot. Flavour is sweetish tart apricot with some wooden and mild spicy tones as well. On the border of becoming unpleasantly acidic.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, no head to speak about. Aroma is dried fruits, wooden, sugary and some slight bananas and chocolate to it. Flavour is spicy, some nice sugary and wooden tones with some herbs and mild Fernet Brancaish elements (I hate fernet, but here there elements kind of come nicely).

2021 vintage. Cloudy black, thin, dark beige head. Intense aroma of chocolate sauce, maple syrup, pancakes, vanilla, brownie, soy sauce, toasted coconut, cappuccino, black tea, bourbon, pecan. Taste has sweetish prune, pear & date in an ultra-thick malt body of artisan milk chocolate, pecan & vanilla, hint of herbal tea and umami soy, slight touch of sourish coffee bean. Peppery & herbal hoppy finish, ongoing maple syrup & fondant, and eventually a good dash of warming bourbon alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Interesting mix of flavours, complex and very cosy indeed.

Draught@TCBW2022.Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some oaty and mild nectary tones with some slight herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some oaty, m ild nectary and tropical fruity tones as well. Smooth.

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some zesty, citrusy and mild dried fruity tones along with tropical fruits. Flavour is nectar, some zest, mild caramel malts with some alcohol and a bit fudgey tones as well. Somewhat bitter, but the sweetness sticks to it.

Can. Golden colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, pineapples, some sweet malts and mild sprucetips and a bit pine to it as well. Flavour is rather similar with a nice bitterness to it, which also stays in the aftertaste.

Can. Pitch black colour with a small deep brown colour. Aroma is chocolate, coconut, mild roast, syrup, alcohol and some fudgeish and mild dried fruity tones. Flavour is chocolate, coconut, some alcohol, fudge, sweet syrupy and alcohol tones with some roasted tones.

Can. Yellowish golden colour with a big foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, some slight citrus, mild funk, some floral and fruity tones with yeast being evident too. Flavour is citrus, some fruity and spicy yeast with mild floral and some mild wooden tones. Nice yeasty, fruity and floral tones in the finish and aftertaste with a mellow funk to it all.
