Tap at Chit Beer, Koh Kret. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a few bubbles and a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, citrus fruits, grainy, mineral, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, fresh, fruity, earthy, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Chit Beer, Koh Kret. Poured a hazy medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, big raspberry. The flavour is light to moderate sour, light sweet with a crisp, yeasty, light tart raspberry fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft to average carbonation.

Tap at Chit Beer, Koh Kret. Poured a clear medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, malt, light citrus fruit, somewhat unpleasant alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation. When this beer was first poured, it tasted pretty poor, but it did improve over time when it was allowed to breath. However, there is a really unpleasant skunky stale bitterness in the finish. It’s difficult to say what caused it or where it came from but given the previous review, consistency is a big issue with many of the small Thai brewers.

The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a fresh, crisp, slightly watery, dry, fruity citrus, light dry pepper spice, light dry woody hop bitter palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
